SHIPPING
Many items ship free. Free shipping is strictly limited to the continental U.S. Alaska, Hawaii and international orders pay USPS shipping and handling. Insurance is included. In the event that the item you want does not qualify for free shipping, we use a guideline of $20 per cue and two shafts and $12.50 per shaft order which can include up to five in the same box. We do not ship more than one cue and two shafts per box for adequate protective packing reasons. Cloth is plus shipping.
All sales final. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Please Note - If you believe you have a defective product, we will work with you and the manufacturer or the wholesale distributor to resolve your issue. Do not send your item back to us unless specifically advised to do so. Only our manufacturers and wholesale distributors warrant the retail products we sell and they alone make the determination if a defect is from the manufacturing process or from user abuse. No other warranties, either stated or implied, are in effect. The purchaser assumes all costs for return shipping. If your shipment was damaged in transit, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping agency for resolution.
ALL RETURNS EXCEPT FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15/% RESTOCKING FEE - NO EXCEPTIONS.

Before you return an item, e-mail us to get a return authorization. Items sent without being pre-authorized will not be accepted.
Shipping rates are for the continental USA. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST CONTACT US VIA E-MAIL FOR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES PRIOR TO ORDERING. You are responsible for any customs duty or VAT for your country. Please do not ask us to mark the shipment as Commercial Examples or Gift or to state a worth less than you paid for the items.

We are not responsible for typographical errors. Some pictures may not depict the item exactly.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are ordering pre-cut billiard table cloth, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to be sure you order the correct size for your table. Pre-cut cloth is not returnable.
If you purchase a heavy item, contact us prior to placing your order to get "heavy item" shipping rates.
